Starline Cleaning – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of cleaning services by Starline Cleaning ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking a service through our website, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.

We provide apartment cleaning services under the following packages: Bronze Cleaning, Silver Cleaning, and Gold Cleaning. Descriptions of each service package are available on our website and may be updated periodically.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required before the scheduled cleaning appointment. No cleaning services will be carried out until payment has been successfully received. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated.

By booking our services, you expressly authorise the Company, its employees, contractors, and representatives to enter and access your apartment for the purpose of performing the booked cleaning services. You agree to provide accurate and complete access instructions before the scheduled appointment time. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or inability to complete services caused by inaccurate or incomplete access information.

Customer cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the total booking value. Same-day cancellations shall be charged at 100% of the booking value. Requests to reschedule appointments are subject to availability and must be submitted with reasonable notice.

Customers agree to provide a safe working environment, secure valuables and fragile items, and inform us of any hazards, special requirements, or relevant conditions before the appointment.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify the Company within 24 hours of completion of the service. Where appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion, re-perform part of the service or offer a partial refund. Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may result in the complaint being rejected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. The Company shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage arising from faulty fixtures, fittings, or inadequate maintenance. Total liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where conditions are unsafe, hazardous substances are present, or there is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, illness, emergencies, or governmental restrictions.

We process customer information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
